Now I would like several of those units in my listing portfolio with buyers as well!

As you know, I love this and shared it...it's making the rounds on Google Plus.  Awesome in so many ways.  The ceilings are so high, too.  Wow.

It is too cool. Who would actually live there Mitchell?

This is amazing Mitchell!   If I was thinking of buying......this would be the place!

Wow,  thanks for sharing this.  I haven't been down to lower Manhattan in a while.

Hi Gary, Who wouldn't? It is a very exciting new project.

Debbie, the one photo was such a hit on G+, I figured I'd get a few points on AR,-) I thought of you and the floors. Even the master bath has radiant heated wood floors.

Janis, I'd live there if you buy me a unit ,-) Celebrities, Wall Streeters, Fashionista's, families, empty nesters any one with several million dollars looking for a fabulous urban home or a glass mansion in the sky.

Barbara, It would make a great pied-a-terre for you.

Grant,  Lower Manhattan has made an amazing come back since 9/11.

Gorgeous, but way too contemporary for my taste Mitchell.  Give me pre-war any day of the week, and something with a view of Central Park.

Roger, There is something for all tastes in Manhattan. You're in luck! There are about 50 active listings on Central Park West. From a 1 bedroom at Hotel des Artiste for a little over a million to a 3 bedroom at 15 CPW for $26million.

Mitchell....I love that. I find my tastes are becoming more contemporary the older i get!  I was looking at the photos just wondering how much it would cost....was not surprised when I saw the price tag at the end of the post.

I'm in luck..............you're funny!  I can barely afford the subway in Manhattan.

Christine, Me too. My first Manhattan apartment was in a brownstone. It was great in my 20's. Now I prefer modern amenities over charm.

Roger, We can dream. There are still rent stabalized apartments in Manhattan if you can find one. I happen to have a very affordable 2 bedroom listing right off Central Park at 108th Street.

Nice, what's the rent on that two bedroom Mitchell........just for shiggles.  My life is built on dreams, and it works for me!
