Gooid luck with your open house.  I love that it is virtually staged, and I love the idea of the outdoor concerts, bringing New York to life with the sound of music.  Great. A

Hi Michael, That event looks like something I would be attending every Thursday. The apartment is virtually staged. Does someone do that for you or do you have your own software. I would love giving it a try if you know the source. I had heard there was a program called CAD but it mostly does the architectural drawing but not virtual staging,

Barbara, Thank you. It was a beautiful summer day in the city.

Ellen, Thanks, It was great fun meeting yesterday.

Janis, Thanks it was great meeting you yesterday. We will have to meet on a Thursday next time,-) I did not know they had concerts either until I went to show the apartment today.

Alexandra, Thanks. The virtual staging is great. It helps attract buyers and then gives them an idea how to furnish an unfurnished space.

William, Thanks. I used a virtual stager in Chicago. Ilaria Barion

I just upload the photo to her. Unfurnished photos cost less to virtually stage than photos with existing furniture.

Mitch, I'm guessing that by now this may have flown off the shelf!  Sounds like a great price.

Oh!  And is that a flute player in the top photo?
