OKay, so I am a little cloudy here: the monthly fees are 1200, right and then the mortgage payment and property taxes and insurance. Looks great. Best wishes for a quick sale.

Hi Melissa, Thanks, the property tax is included in the $1200 monthly fee. $604 is the property tax (RET= real estate tax)

After the abatement and exemption the property tax is $480/month. I put the full amount because the home owner has to request the abatement and exemption.

Hi Michael, This is a very smart apartment and guessing that compared to rent , this is an awesome buy. All the best today with the Open House and hopefully the Buyer shows up. Who could not live happily in the middle of Manhatten at that price.

Not sure what RET is.  But this looks like a great place in a great location.  Kind of similar to our Downtown loft prices, although the monthly is higher.
