Glad you have good weather and hope you get to watch part of it (since you won't really be able to get around NYC until it's over!).

Good Morning Gabe, I see I'm not that only one that didn't sleep an extra hour.

Anne, Thanks, I was out early this morning. I guess my body doesn't need an extra hour. I walked over to the park, there were no runners yet they are just starting crossing the Verrazanno bridge in Staten Island, then Brooklyn and the Bronx. They won't get to Manhattan for a while but there is already energy in the air.

Wale, It is always a fun weekend. The finish line is in my neighborhood so the runners and spectators are all over the streets and at all the restaurants.

Ella, Thanks, It really is a fun event. I'll be running today to open houses and appointments. LOL.

Roger, Beautiful sunny day a little chill in the air which is I think is good for the runners.

Carol, I'm showing apartments today right off Central Park. I think my client will really get the flavor of the neighborhood today. Today is a great day for floor duty too. After they run the marathon they want to own here.
