Mitchell...  I love the master bedroom and the floors. And the so-called closet space is huge. So, I can get one of these places for 6,665,000 pennies?  Overall, I love places like this in the city.

Hey Jeff, The Apple bank building used to be an office building where many of the major real estate brokers had their offices, financial companies were in there too. It was converted to condos last year all the brokers had to get new offices.

Hi Lenn, The buildings gym is in the banks vaults. That would be considered a private gym in NYC lol.
