Wow! Love that floorplan. That would be a great place to live. Now I wish I could move to NYC.

Mitchell, I worked for many years in the upper west side.  Love the neighborhood!  This looks like a fabulous project.  I got lost in that floorplan.

Mitchell, stunning. I can't tell from the rendering if the curved area outside of the actual indoor space is an enclosed area, or open- looks from the building that it's inside. Hey- I buy lottery tickets, so this is need to know! :)

June, Lizette, Cynthia, Paul, Maggie and Laurie, Thanks for stopping by.  The curved area outside is not enclosed it is outdoor space -a "wrap around terrace". They just put up 3 green awnings on that apartment. You can see from the floor plan there are three doors to the terrace, from the living room, master bedroom and bedroom # four. The awnings are a nice touch.

I have a direct view from my apartment. I live across the street, I'm on the 14th floor. I lived through the demolition of the 4 small buildings that were previously located on the site, the excavation and construction. For new construction, the building actually blends well with the pre-war architecture in the neighborhood. The apartments are quite spectacular.
