What a great spot! It looks like it might be a pricey piece of RE in that location?
Beautiful park! The building is gorgeous! What a wonderful place to live!
Beautiful photos Mitchell, great spot in NYC. Good luck with this one, all of them for that matter.
Robert, Thanks for stopping by. I just added the price. $699,000, a great deal for a three bedroom in Manhattan.
Maria, Thanks. The building is made of deep-red rock-faced brownstone, (looks orange) and the gigantic arch over the doorway is striking.
Roger, Thank you. I'm having the interior photographed this morning. I took the park and exterior shots yesterday.
Mitchell - looks like a terrific price for NYC. And having a wonderful park right outside your door is pretty nice. Best of luck on this one.
Jeff
Thanks Jeff, Believe it or not, Central Park is only 5 blocks away in the opposite direction. Morningside Park was also designed by Fredrick Law Olmsted and Calvert Vaux (co-designers of Central Park)
Morningside Park in Manhattan was chosen for its unusual topography and scenic views. It opened in 1895.
Michael, that is a great park! What a benefit to the community!
Excellent, I hope you post the interior shots Mitchell. This is the same apartment you posted the floor plan for isn't it? If so, it looks fabulous, can't wait to see them.
Mitchel - Nice looking property in an outstanding setting! Even the name is gorgeous!
that is less expensive than I thought it would be, Have a great weekend.
Mitchell,
Very lovely shots. Looks like something for everyone - and animals too. I like the steps. :)
