Mitch, now this is good video!  And I really felt so sorry for the poor seller!  Geeze!  in the 8's, I'd buy it!

Pat, Unfortunately the poor seller only bought 1.5 years ago. Real estate is a long term investment. I love how Barbara calls the other seller in the building "the arch enemy".

Loved the piece, and I am certifiably crazy about anything Barbara Corcoran...Television, her books, her energy...oh...did I mention her success? 

I did a piece on her a month or so back myself...she's the epitome of ethics with just a dab of success added.  Just a dab!!!

oh well...
