Mitchell, I saw Obama on the news last night talking about the fly-over.  He sounded pretty pissed!  And the apartments look great!  So do the prices.

$300,000 price range to buy a studio apartment. It is a condominium not a rental building. There is an addition monthly common charge and real estate tax.
